Artisanal Marks: Subtle variations in weave, texture, or "handloom marks" are the unique signatures of our 6,000 master weavers. These are hallmarks of authenticity, not defects.

The Digital Spectrum: We strive for absolute color precision. However, due to variations in global display encoders, a shade variance of up to 5% is a standard characteristic of digital luxury retail.
Cancellation Policy
We respect the fluidity of your decisions, provided the artisan’s work has not yet begun.

Eligibility: Cancellations are accepted only for unstitched garments (Sarees, Stoles, Dupattas) before they are dispatched.

Bespoke Exclusions: Once an order for fabrics is cut, or apparel enters our tailoring unit, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

Value-Added Services: Orders where Fall, Pico, Tassels, or custom stitching have been initiated are ineligible for cancellation.

Refund Mode: Upon approval, the balance (minus applicable gateway and transfer charges) will be issued as a Sujatam Credit Note, valid for 6 months across our website and Gariahat Atelier.
Returns Policy
Our rigorous quality control ensures that only perfection leaves our doors. Returns are reserved for exceptional circumstances.

Accepted Criteria: Returns are strictly limited to manufacturing defects or the dispatch of an incorrect item.

Strict Exclusions: Tailored apparel, custom garments, and fabrics cut to order cannot be returned.

The 48-Hour Window: Discrepancies must be reported via email (hellosujatam@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 90073 61000) within 48 hours of receipt. Our team validates the timeline against the shipping agency's POD.

Tamper-Proof Protocol: If a parcel appears tampered with or unsealed, do not accept it. Contact us immediately at +91 90737 61000.

Damage Claims: In the rare event of transit damage, an unedited unboxing photo/video and a shot of the damaged packaging are required with your request.

Return Logistics: Authorized returns must be couriered back in original packaging, unused, with all tags and bills intact, within 5 days.

Processing: We aim to process returns within 7 working days. Refunds (subject to restocking fees and shipping deductions) will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
Exchanges Policy

Condition: Exchanges are only permitted if the product is in its original, unfolded condition. Any item that has been opened, tried on, or "tested" is ineligible.

Ineligible Items: Pre-ordered items, fabrics cut from yardage, and products with value-added services (Fall/Pico/Tassels) cannot be exchanged.

Logistics: The patron is responsible for all shipping, customs, and duties involved in the two-way exchange process, regardless of the initial shipping promotion.
