Digital & UPI Payments: We support all major UPI platforms including GPay, PhonePe, and Paytm. For automated checkouts, we utilize Razorpay, India’s most secure payment gateway.
Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major Indian cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Rupay.
Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS): For manual or high-value bespoke transactions, you may request our corporate bank details.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for over 20,000 PIN codes. Please note that for security and hygiene purposes, payment must be completed with the courier partner before the package is unsealed.

International Transactions (Global)

Designed for our global patrons, ensuring transparency in currency and conversion.

PayPal: Our primary gateway for international transactions. PayPal offers buyer protection and accepts most global credit cards.
Automated Calculations: Transaction fees and real-time bank conversion rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout to ensure zero hidden costs.
International Wire Transfer (SWIFT): For bespoke orders or NABC 2026 bulk bookings, clients may opt for direct SWIFT transfers. Please select "Manual Payment" at checkout to receive our international banking credentials.
Realization Policy: To maintain our export compliance, international shipments are initiated only once the 100% invoice value is realized in our corporate account.

The "Manual Payment" Protection Period

To manage our exclusive inventory and prevent "Stock Locking," we follow a strict hold policy.

24-Hour Hold: For all manual payment requests, the selected items will be reserved in our system for 24 hours.
Restocking: If payment confirmation is not received within this window, the items will be automatically released back into our global inventory to ensure fairness to other patrons.

Data Privacy: Sujatam does not store your credit card or bank login details. All sensitive data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Invoicing: A digital tax invoice (GST compliant) is issued with every purchase. For international orders, this invoice serves as the primary document for customs valuation.
Transaction Fees: Any fees charged by the bank (Gateway fees, SWIFT charges, or Currency Conversion) are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, as these are third-party processing costs.
